Giuseppe Verdi’s opera “Macbeth” the character embodies themes of ambition, betrayal, and the corrupting influence of unchecked power. His journey serves as a cautionary tale about the destructive consequences of ambition and moral compromise. With Macbeth Kroma Atelier takes no compromise and this might be one of the finest standmount ever produced.
In true Kroma fashion, the cabinet is built from Krion, a rigid surface material known for its acoustic neutrality, eliminating resonance and coloration. Acoustic engineering inspired by silencer design uses precisely tuned chambers and resonators to control unwanted frequencies and optimize tonal balance.
At the heart of the Macbeth model are Purifi transducers, engineered to redefine linearity and minimize distortion.
Utilizing their proprietary PureDrive™ motor system, effectively eliminating intermodulation distortion and preserving midrange clarity even at high sound pressure levels. Purifi’s innovative approach also addresses hysteresis distortion through advanced motor design, ensuring a clean and accurate signal reproduction.
Complementing these are Mundorf’s Air Motion Transformer (AMT) tweeters, renowned for their ultra-low distortion and extended high-frequency response, delivering exceptional detail and transparency. Together, these components provide a listening experience that is both precise and emotionally engaging.
